YouTube has ads? Don't know what you're running but I've been using the AdBlock add-on for Firefox on my PC for years and, aside from the one's the YouTubers themselves put in their videos, never see an ad or YT or darn near anywhere else.

I've used Firefox with NoScript and AdBlock Plus for what seems like a decade. Then I switched to the Brave web browser and just use NoScript.

Brave is built on Google Chrome, and it updated after Google updates their browser.

Works for me....blocks hundreds of thousands of ads.
