Finally got us a big play receiver!! Granted a bit more pricey than I was expecting, but hey...it's not my money! Haven't had a true #1 WR on the team in a few years now. Time for Jones to prove his draft position worth now, no excuses!

Yeah you don't hire masseuses from Instagram... Especially young beautiful ones with minimal massage experience.... He can't use the excuse of covid closing down all the massage shops... You have professional masseuse contacts through the Texans you can use and you don't have to fly them in from out of state like you did with the women accusing you... Also there are plenty of male physical therapists on the training staff that can assist you...
Yup.

Yea, originally I was thinking it was a woman or 2 trying to cash in on his inevitable huge contract he's bound to get. Now, I'm not so sure. Doesn't look good that's for sure.

$40 mil guaranteed. Nice payday for Golladay.
Like you say, let's what ole Danny boy can do now.

When they made that move, I was actually happy with it...figured a intermediate receiver would be good for a young qb, but we saw how that worked out! I'm excited for Golladay, he's a big guy with big play potential. If he bombs, it's going to cost us for a few years though. Not a fan of the contract but going into it with optimism.

The defense was surprisingly stout last year, hopefully maintain and build on that. The offense COULD be explosive with Saquon, Engram, Golladay, Shepard and Slayton as skill position players...just can't ever get everyone on the field at the same time!

Jones has a decent offense built around him now, he needs to show up in year 3!

I think Washington will win the division but Cowboys and Giants will be improved over last season ... I see the Eagles not doing much better than last season.

As an old Lions fan I've watched him since he was drafted. He is a high pointer and will fight for everything near him. He is a tough kid for sure. Fast but not all that elusive and his get off doesn't really frighten anyone. His specialty means he takes a beating and making it through 16 games seems to be getting harder. Hopefully the giants QB's won't be getting him murdered like Stafford was. Good luck to him and the Giants.

Hey Joe, welcome to the football thread!! Thanks for your input on Golladay. I've never seen him play (being in NY, we never get a Lions game) I just know him based on highlights and fantasy football stats. Injury history is definitely a concern, but he seems to be a great redzone target and hopefully a good guy in the locker room.

Yes, it's sickening. I REALLY hope for the sake of everyone "involved" that it isn't true, but I have a bad feeling that there's certainly some bad things that have happened. There's far too many women stepping up now. It's very disturbing, and I feel like I'm already feeling negativity towards him about all this.

Takes a sick mind to behave like that around women, or men for the matter.
This does not look good for Watson.

Oh my Miami. That is one **** of a trade. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2 ... und-picks/

Pats fans, you still want Jimmy G back?

UPDATE: Miami just made another trade. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2 ... -to-no-12/

I think I like having six 1st-round picks over the next three drafts more than having number 6 this year. Guess they have their eye set on a WR. I bet QBs go picks 1 to 4 and Sewell to the Bengals at 5.

Boston media is going wild for Jimmy G right now! It depends on the price but I would be open to seeing Jimmy G return. He has "durability" issues, he gets hurt a lot, but when he does play he can be a top 10 QB. The Patriots have really sured up their O-line again this year though. If it's not the #1 O-line in the league it's easily top 3, so I'm sure Jimmy G would be happy playing behind that kind of protection.
