Smith and Wesson Performance Center 629 Competitor. Won it on Gun Broker for $1,150 - best part, no CC Fee & $15 shipping - so $1165 delivered
I think I did very well on that.
Anyone else here have one?
This will be my 1st .44 Magnum.

Picked this baby up earlier in the week. 1982 vintage, probably about 100 rounds through her.

This is slightly off topic. It's a story about the last gun I sold.

Four years ago, I bought a Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 Casull. Today, I received an email from the seller asking me if I still had it. I had added a Galco holster, a Hogue grip, a pistol scope and a box of ammo, but I never fired it. I sold it two years ago and provided the previous owner with contact information for my buyer.

Like real estate, there are only two kinds of gun stories. The one I should have bought and the one I should have kept. It's like that. I did keep pictures of it, though. https://photos.app.goo.gl/mpdzQwDSYxQJAXHf9

Have a good weekend.

Oh man, your right. Sometimes at night, If I am having trouble falling asleep I think about all the guns I should have kept in order I would want them back, takes a loooooooong while and gets me to sleep every time!

Got this on Gunbroker last week, too good of a deal to pass up. Shot it for the first time today. Those floating coconuts didn't stand a chance, lol. Very smooth running pistol.

Not the last gun but the last accessory. A modestly priced bipod.
October 17th, I am shooting in a fundraiser for the library in my small town.
Eggs at 300 yards. We get to shoot from a bench.
In the meantime, I am dry firing from my dining room table every chance I get.
It's $100 to enter. First prize is $600.

Last year, young strangers from out of town showed up.
They had chassis rifles with bipods, big scopes and harmonic balancers.
The winner averaged .247 inches on three shots fired at 50, 100 and 200 yards.
So, like I said, it's a fundraiser. I just hope I do not embarrass myself too badly.
