Very nice! Is this Beretta a model you've always wanted? Just curious if you done any comparison shopping / reviewing with a Benelli M4 or the like?

Been toying with the idea of a semi, I'm still in country boy mode with an old 590-A1 pump.

It's an excellent weapon. I put the final touch on mine this afternoon with a Surefire Scout Pro and tape switch. I have the Magpul stock, forend, and Aimpoint red dot mounted on an Aridus Industries Crom. I also have a side saddle from Aridus. Check those guys out. They have great stuff to take your 1301 to another level.
Awesome, TJ!
Can I see some pics, please?
Btw, I have the Magpul Stock en route, and ordered the adapter from Aridus. Not sure when it will ship. Already have the Nordic MXT +2.
Thinking very seriously about a Streamlight X300
I'll take some pics and get them posted next week.
Sounds good! Thank you, TJ

Last firearm I bought was a gen 3 Glock 19 (not to fancy) but the price was too good to pass up.

Wow. That's as sharp as it gets.
That stock looks like it really does make a big difference over the stock Monte Carlo
Just super nice. Thanks again, TJ.

Just one more question TJ, please.
Do you like the Magpul stock that much over the original Monte Carlo stock?
I'm thinking that Magpul is really nice...

I didn't spend enough time with the Monte Carlo stock to develop a fair opinion. I can say that the Magpul is really good for me.

Good enough. Thanks again, TJ
I'll post up some pics of mine when I get it done.
My adapter should be here tomorrow hopefully......
Lastly, I gotta say, that this shotgun would most definitely be my choice for home protection if ever needed
And, these Beretta's are so nice with that Optima HP Choke system. A man can shoot skeet and hunt or whatever, I reckon. The only semi auto shotgun I've ever shot was a 1965 (I think) Belgium Browning A5 I think. Lol, look at me goin on.....I'm just so excited to finally have a semi automatic shotgun that I REALLY like.

You're going to love it! I've taken a few defensive classes with it and it performs flawlessly. It'll eat any ammo you give it. The only time I ever had a problem with it was on a range with a sand like substance. Some of the grit got into it and it had some malfunctions. Once I cleaned it, no problems.

& that's it man, it will eat any and everything!
That's the trick! It's the trick with any semi auto weapon imo. You do not want them to jam/malfunction. And, that BLINK System is **** on wheels from what I gather. I was shocked at how nice and light the rigger is too......I better get my stock on and mag extension or I won't be able to do it until next week lol...

So, it turned out really nice last night.
I just wish I could get the Magpul Stock to match that Beretta FDE.

I've always enjoyed Talon Grips, especially their "Pro" texture. Very nice & highly recommended.

OMG, I'm laughing so hard at 626am.......this is truly a Jeff Foxworthy how to know your a redneck moment...
3" MAGNUMS out of a dam 16" barrel....witha a PISTOL GRIP! ....dam son!!
& you want ME to calm down......lol......
Josh, we oughtta do a YouTube channel together, we would be rich!!
Nah, it's all good man. I just haven't screwed with those 3" Magnum 00 Buckshot since 1992 in basic law enforcement training.
Either way, gotta LOVE a shotgun!!
Lol, this is the best forum....with the BEST members!
I probably should explained a little why I was so excited.....I reckon its kinda rare that you can get a 18" barrel to cycle the lightest loads consistently and be threaded for chokes, with this "Italian Stallion" does and is. I've been wanting one for a while.....it's the first auto shotgun I've ever bought and on the 2nd shotgun I've ever bought. The first shotgun I ever bought was a Remington 870.
