Yup, the KSF emails sometimes have good deals. I got one of mine for 20% off through them. They also do a few exclusives.

Sucks that I just bought a Bravo edc for full price! I'm so used to spyderco MAP pricing that I didn't even think about 4th of july sales.bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 9:41 amYup, the KSF emails sometimes have good deals. Yes, you are. After the Kapara a few days ago, now there's a Bravo 1 LT in Cru-Wear inbound. Expensive week. Fortunately last week's overtime about covered it, so I won't have to eat cat food.Spydergirl88 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 7:19 amBRAVO1776

I've said before, I love that Antique Bone MicartaSpydergirl88 wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 1:53 pmWow this thing is awesome. Bone white micarta with brass hardware and red liners. The box included 2 sheaths... Is this normal for the ultralight bushcrafter? One is a belt sheath the other is a magnetic neck sheath. Tested this guy out and it shaves fatwood great, batoned through a small dry limb, did some whittling. It's really fun. Here's some pics:
My Cub is the same, but will have Mosaic Pins

I missed out on the Bark River Machete in CPM-1v. I wish they would make another run of those.Mike Slayer wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 12:33 pmI also have the Bark River Machete in CPM-1v and a MACV-SOG Recondo Bowie in CPM-154. I see them trickling in on retail websites. I would think you will not have long to wait.

Re: Bark River Knives
I think the next run of MACV-SOG bowies are dropping next week if I read it right on Facebook. I might also try to get another BR Machete depending how well the mods go on the one I have now. The Bravo knife handle on that machete just doesn't work for me. I have big hands so when using the machete my hand starts to cramp with in a minute or two. I plan to pull the micarta scales off then reshape the tang and choil so I can put a longer and taller handle on it that is contoured like I want it. I also plan to reshape the tip some without sacrificing noticeable weight in the blade. The longer handle will give the machete more power and control depending on grip.
Re: Bark River Knives
Ordered an EPK. I may try and reprofile it on my KME. I love the little knives

Re: Bark River Knives
Thank you. & I really do hope I get it. That combo imo, is absolutely beautiful.
My 2nd choice will be Antique Bone Linen Micarta with Red Spacers. ( hidden tang will not have liners- my bad)
The top pic is what it should look like but, with a Moran Style handle

Re: Bark River Knives
I will be ordering a second Bark River MACV-SOG bowie today or tomorrow. It's always nice to have a second one just in case one is lost.
