I’ve been using a Mora Kansbol for a November one knife challenge. It’s doing fine duty in the kitchen, though I miss my santoku... and it’s a little large for carving projects. But it works, and it’s tougher than I thought it would be. Have a stainless Garberg inbound because they are $59 on Amazon right now. And the orange stainless Companions are $11 delivered if you have prime! You could get 20 of them!! I kinda want an Eldris too...
