Question about a knife

Hello a new to this forum I just have some questions regarding a night I recently acquired it has some interesting markings and I'm trying to figure out how to upload photos stand by

Looks like damascus steel, that´s all I can contribute... :o

Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I would guess that S.B. are the Maker's initials, but that doesn't narrow things down much. A picture of the whole knife might help.
