Nothing as stressful as an expensive package delivered to your house when you're not there.

My mailbox is at the end of my road out in the middle of nowhere. I have any expensive packages held at the post office. I do it enough that I think they want me to get a PO Box.

Hahah, I definitely know that feeling..
I live about 7 min from my work.. I used to sneak home during the workday to go pick up my packages. Finally I got smart and just started having my packages delivered to my work. No longer do I worry about porch pirates because even if I'm not there to receive my package, it goes into a locked mailbox. And I have the added benefit of no taxes on my orders (work in tax free NH, live in MA, often jokingly referred to as "Taxachusetts"). My bosses are cool with it, so it's a win-win for me.

Sure I know that feeling...
Luckily I don´t have an office-job anymore, but one big advantages of having one was: I could packages have delivered to my work place...
Now when I get a mail that a knife is delivered, it´s always the thrilling question:When I get home, will the knife be in my post box, or just a notification that I can pick it up the next day at the post office (always depends on how the store packages the Spyderco box. Small package: Post box, larger package: Post office, and delay till I actually have the knife in hands)

I can have them delivered to work... and do. But I was supposed to be gone Friday. I didn’t know the package was going to show up Thursday.
