After this weekend, it looks like the World's Largest Family Friendly Outdoor Entertainment Event (tm) is going to be a pretty important game this year.

Come Monday Alabama should be number 1. Clemson was almost defeated by an unranked team.

Of course Alabama and Auburn rolled over their victims.

Ya know Doc, in all fairness I would put Auburn at #1
Just because of the schedule they've played thus far.
Talk about tough!
*** let me back up lol, they've had 2 tough games, maybe not #1 then but at least top 5.
Alabama will more than likely be #1 this week.

Auburn's overall strength of schedule is off the charts this year. Alabama and Clemson have great teams, but they have a lot fewer tests on their schedule than some of the others.

If Auburn can run the table, with Florida, Georgia, LSU and Alabama still on their schedule, they definitely deserve to be number 1. Even losing one of those games, given how tough their schedule is, they are still a play off caliber team.

We love our Gators but next Saturday will be a real test. Auburn is just so strong. If I had to pick a score, Auburn by 18. Imo Fl shouldn't be in the top 10. Can't wait to watch this one. Hoping the Gators can pull out a win, but they'll have to play MUCH better than they have been :)

I agree Auburn is tough this year.
But, dont think for a second Florida cant win this game.
Especially playing in the Swamp.
If anything I would say Auburn by 3.
Have faith in the Chomp! :D

P.S.
It's so hard to predict college ball. They're still kids!
That being said, if either team gets the momentum really going, than it could very well be an 18 point victory.
I just really believe Florida to be a real dark horse.
I also feel their QB will really have to step up ....alas, they're kids

How many SEC quarterback transfers are now starting in other conferences?

Jalen Hurts (Alabama-Oklahoma)
Jacob Eason (Georgia-Washington)
Justin Fields (Georgia-Ohio State)
Shea Patterson (Ole Miss-Michigan)

It's like the SEC is a training camp for the rest of the country.

Florida has had it's share of good QB's leave do great at other schools and go to the pro's. Part of the reason (besides coaching) their program has been lacking. Muchchump really didn't help the UF football program.

Gooooo Gators, they surprised me with the win. They have tough games coming up. LSU, South Carolina, Ga, Missou, FSU. Hope they can stay healthy. Poorly officiated game...both ways. Fake punt really hurt them. Glad for the team, they played hard and did a good job of shutting down Auburn's running game. Gators haven't faired well in the night games at LSU. Trask is a tough young man, thought he would be out after the hit he took. Love the college football.

I would be most worried about going to Death Valley
Also, UGA seems to prolly have a team to win it all this year to be honest.
Florida will have a great year though!

Surprised slightly that Auburn lost. Not at all surprised at how badly Tennessee played.

I'd love to see that, but the Dawgs still have to beat Florida and Auburn in the regular season, and if they can do that they'll have to play Alabama in the SEC championship game.

Florida-Georgia is set up to be a heck of a game this year.

Ya know Tennessee whipped UGA the first 25 minutes of the game. That new QB electrified the stadium.
Tennessee actually had UGA on their heels for a while.
But, then UGA settled down and took over.
