Fantastic Customer Service from Knives Plus!

I recently had a knife that was purchased from Knives Plus go missing in the mail, it was a limited run piece and by the time that it was certain the parcel wasn't arriving in a timely fashion the knife had sold through everywhere... I resigned myself to getting a refund or store credit at best, but KPlus indicated that they had a reserve stock item to replace mine. After waiting a week to ensure that my original knife wouldn't be found and delivered, they sent out the replacement, which is in my pocket as I type this. I consider that to be a clear cut case of excellence in customer satisfaction!
