My kitchen knives are all Victorinox...1 plain paring knife, 1 serrated paring knife, a 7” Santoku, a small, hooked fruit knife, and a serrated “utility”. They may not be “sexy,” but they’re all the knives I need in the kitchen; great quality and performance at low prices.

I also have many SAKs, an original SwissTool, and a SwissTool Spirit. Victorinox quality is not only fair, it is exceptional.

Victorinox and Spyderco are the two cutlery brands I own the most of.

I also bought one of these last year - I really love the winter themed SAKs they release.

I'm planning to get one of these as well - the Pioneer X is one of my favorite SAKs.

I've really been enjoying my Alox Farmer. I got the black one from CS. I like the beefy screwdriver and backsprings. The awl is excellent. Overall it's a great package if you want a saw.

My huntsman with my etched in initials. Not the prettiest job ever done, but it was my first try in etching. This knife is a true EDC for me at least for the past 5 years.

I usually wear titanium scales, but the Silvertech are cool too. The photo shows the Mechanic model.

I have to admit, I'm not that long into knives, that there would be the possibility, that I could edc any knife that long. And if I'm completely honest, the most used tool might actually be the scissors and then the actual knives.

Most of the time I have another knife in my purse. It was a gift of my girlfriend. But 99.99% of the time I forget about the existence of that knife and I just grab into my pocket and use the Victorinox. This knife is most definitely my most used one.

I'm a lefty, so the scissors are what kept mine in my pocket. As time went on, the tool set came in handy, from cutting down cardboard boxes to using the screwdriver to keep my old VWs running. It just seemed to happen as time went on lol.

I'm a lefty as well, and you are right, the scissors are great even for us. But the best thing about the scissors, in my opinion, are the thin blades. They are really useful for precise cuts.

Yeah the Vic scissors are great!

Have you guys checked out the one hand opening Soldier? My brother brought me one back from Switzerland. It has a lefty liner lock, which I like. But then the serrations are ground in righty configuration! I’ve sharpened mine to about 15 degrees inclusive.

Image

This reminds me that one of my minor modding projects I need to do to it is grind a proper point on the blade.

It has a great saw, and a locking flat head screwdriver which is stout enough to use as a pry tool. It’s been my most used SAK since I got it.

I've posted this earlier in the theead, but i will again to breathe a little life into this thread.
The Swiss Tool Spirit Plus Ratchet has been awesome.
It's smooth as silk when opening and the leather case that came with it is really, really, nice!
I've used the the ratchet before and it works really well.
Anything Victorinox is just very well made and a lot of fun to use.
