If you would like to insert animated images there are programs you can use on your PC or phone to convert a short video to a GIF format image. Simply convert your short video to GIF then follow the guide exactly as you would for a static image, and this is the result:
The software this forum runs on was created in the 1990's when digital images were generally much lower resolution. Think of it was software designed for SD TV. These days our phones are taking 4K Ultra HD photos, so software designed to work with old SD images rather than HD or UHD can get a little overloaded. It also puts more strain on Spydercos servers, so its good practice to host them elsewhere anyways.
EDIT: I switched from imgur to catbox because its simpler to use, has less ads and works better with GIF format images
