I recently picked up an Al Mar Hawk, to replace my 80's vintage Falcon Talon. Its sole purpose is to remove the occasional wood splinter while on the job, so I'd like a >30° regrind appropriate to this task.
Maintaining the acute blade point is desirable, as would be decent turnover.

Big Chris, depending on how busy he is. He's gearing up for Blade right now so maybe not the best time.

Razor Edge Knives. Josh did a regrind on my Southfork and it's exceptional. I can't recommend him enough.

I own two of Big Chris' customs, and he does really good work, but I'm not sure if he is doing regrinds right now.

Yeah, REK is pretty awesome. ( Razor Edge Knives )
Josh is a really good guy to deal with.
Big Chris is really good as well. But, as mentioned above, not sure if hes still doing that.
