Please recommend a sharpening (regrind) service

I recently picked up an Al Mar Hawk, to replace my 80's vintage Falcon Talon. Its sole purpose is to remove the occasional wood splinter while on the job, so I'd like a >30° regrind appropriate to this task.

Maintaining the acute blade point is desirable, as would be decent turnover.

I own two of Big Chris' customs, and he does really good work, but I'm not sure if he is doing regrinds right now.
