Apple Watch\iphone battery and other questions

#1

Post by Cao87 »

Hi I am looking at getting the new Apple Watch I have a couple of questions
1. Is it worth getting (like is it worth the money)
(a) should I get the older version or the newer version
(b) how useful is the cellular version
2. are third party accessories (like bands and cases worth it)
3. What material is the toughest

I have had a version four for a few months now. It is much improved over the previous ones. I have the non-cellular one. It pairs with the iPhone and sends/receives texts and email, also phone calls with the iPhone. Hat works surprisingly well. I keep tabs of various health parameters, workouts, breathing, I have a record app that transcribes voice to text. Most of the iOS standard apps work on the watch as well.
I am very pleased with mine.

I bought a woven supple band that closes with Velcro from Amazon for about $11. Wearing it now. Practically the same as the Apple version but one-third the cost.

Another question does anyone have the spigen case for Apple Watch or the catalyst
And do you like it because I am looking at it because I work in a warehouse and incase
I nook it against something and it won’t damage the Watch

No case. Just the watch.

My wife really likes her Apple watch.
It's like what Michael described.

If I may ask, are there smart electronic computerized watches with similiar features to the Apple Watch but without the same brand and that are less expensive for those interested, and which you recommend? I ask because when I looked up "Smart watches" I found alot of brands and features but which are as close to the Apple Watch without being an Apple Watch?
