Pouches for work

Do you have any suggestions for a pouch that would be
Would carry a pocket knife (spyderco obviously), pen,
Sharpie and that would have outside carry for a pen
And sharpie. I am now using a maxpedition tc-9 but the
Velcro is kind of annoying to get the knife out and because I use
The knife all the time to cut shrink wrap off of skids
