I recently noticed this company from various advertisements in knife magazines and websites: Citadel.
This is what CAS Iberia, one of those who imports them says:
"Citadel's High End Knives and Swords are hand-made by master artisans in Cambodia. They combine modern materials with old school hand craftsmanship and traditional techniques to make a superior blade. "
They appear to make both fixed and folders from hand-forged carbon and stainless steel. What surprised me in a positive way is that they use N690 Stainless Steel from Bohler, in addition to the carbon steel alloys. That is rare for a company that makes hand-made knives. They also use natural handle materials like horn and bone.

Svord of New Zealand which has been discussed on the forum before makes great quality friction folders using plastic and other handle materials, and, Swedish carbon and stainless steel.
Citadel Friction Folders: Anyone looked at these?
