Just an FYI on cancer

#1

Post by MichaelScott »

An ugly topic, but I want you all to know that while I’m getting yet more tests and different treatment if I get a bit snarky or snarly I can blame it on that. But, still feel free to call me on it. This is a great community and you’ve all been a big help in keeping me on track.

Thanks.

Same here, thoughts and prayers from me as well. I've only been part of this great forum for a few months now, but you were one of the first to continually answer my questions and make me feel engaged. Also the major influence on me purchasing, what I believe to be my favorite, most carried knife (Chaparral LW). It's with me every day, along with another larger knife. I thank you for all of this!

You are most welcome. That Chap LW is a fine, fine knife. It will go well with your future collection. You have been bitten. Lol

Finally, some good news. I don’t have cancer in my spine or spinal fluid. Had a spinal tap on Thursday. Just got the results. I am so FREAKING relieved. I’m dealing with the stage four Prostate version but that is nothing like the other. I will sleep better this weekend.

Thank all of you who have responded with encouragement and prayers. Certainly helped.
