I have said this before. Image hosting sites tend to come and go and change sometimes without much warning. As we have seen. My solution was to open a free WordPress account, make a blog (2 minutes) create a page for photos, then just upload my photos to WordPress media files for that page. Once they are on the page I just hit the picture, select copy, then go to the forum and paste and the URL as normal. My WordPress blog will not go away and I control the type and quality of the pictures that I uploaded there. Very easy, no worries about big changes.

Imgur. Considering switching to Neocities, but they also do web hosting and are definitely less simple if you just want image hosting. I like the web hosting stuff because I'm into computers and it'd be nice to have a website to compile all my photos, reviews, etc, but if building a website sounds not fun to you then I recommend Imgur.

Creating. a wordpress blog is literally a ten minute process. Then it’s yours. Free. Upload what you want. Copy URL, post.

Good discussion, but I'm going to move it out of the Picture Gallery and into Off-Topic. ;)

Just started using this site. It's free. I can upload single images from my phone and get links to post here.

Another vote for Imgur
Imgur gets a lot of revenue from ads, and has a large userbase and community viewing those advertisements, so it is not going anywhere anytime soon.

Does anybody know how to imbed a video from Imgur into the forum? I was able to do it with photobucket but cannot figure it out with imgur.
