Thanks! I've handled Hinderers in the past before, but never got one because there was no lefty option. So it was a delightful surprise when Rick surprisingly dropped a few batches of Lefty XMs a few weeks ago. 😁

CS Recon Scout in 3V. It’s sort of a Unimog of a knife that I don’t need.

I've got a CS AD-10 inbound.
I'm excited for it, but suspect that after the honeymoon period, it will be *just* a large heavy knife that doesn't get carried too much. But it's cool and way different than all of that rest of my collection, and for that reason I decided to go for it.
Plus I scored it at an excellent price.

edited to clarify what type of AD-10. ;)

For fans of CS, the Ultimate Hunter gets over looked but it is a good knife made for heavy use, while still being reasonably light.

Also have a Demko on the way. One of the OD Green DLT AD20.5 with the sharkfoot blade. This is a second one that I had to buy used since there was a limit of 1 at the initial sale. I am interested in really using that blade shape so 1 to stay nice and 1 to beat up.

Got another Victorinox today, a Ranger Grip 78.

It's big. It's illegal to carry here in Germany (one-handed opening plus locking blade). It's therefore irrational. It's got a cool button unlock, you need to push the embedded Victorinox brandmark to do it.

I love it! :winking-tongue

Nice knife. I got a similar one as a souvenir in Switzerland many years back, before the Wenger/Victorinox merger. This one is a 'NewRanger 120mm':

I carried it in my travels through Germany and other countries after I bought it, completely ignorant of any legal restrictions (though I guess I would have been OK since it has a nail nick instead of an opening hole).
