What "others" are in the mail?

Post by Knivesinedc »

I figured since there is a thread for spydies in the mail, id make a thread for the "others" in your life :D

I currently have a Boker Nano Decade edition BNIB in the mail. I just received my wood scaled Kershaw Skyline and Leatherman wave late last week.

Well, I'll admit I haven't purchased a non-Spydie since last June (a Benchmade Mini-Griptilian)... :o

Technically it has arrived this morning, but still. A nice 1980's vintage US-made Schrade LB8 :)

You should. I love the Cadet. I own a couple. Olive Green, you say? Hmmm.

I sometimes get colors over here I cannot get back home in the USA. I have been eyeing a couple at a local store, but they are expensive. I am certain I can find them much, much cheaper, elsewhere. (Think more than $100 USD)

I got 2 sharpeners coming in the mail this week, both kinda peeked my curiosity...The newly released small Work Sharp Combo Belt Knife sharpener and an interesting sharpener by Block. Does that count....because I know my Spyderco Sharpmaker is making faces at me  Doc:)

Updated Feb 1, 2021...Some Five years later .... still using the Block Knife Sharperner (love the thing) ...works sharp combo belt knife sharpener (Piece of Junk) it you need a belt sharpener ... but a real one....

Got this Shiro in the mail last week and I must admit, I'm having a real hard time carrying any of my Spydies right now, this has got to be one of if not the smoothest flipper I've ever handled. I'm seriously thinking about picking up a custom division, maybe after I catch up from all the Christmas spending. :o

A folder with a semi curved "Damascus Steel" stainless blade, and polymer and wood handle scales. Frost Cutlery makes it. Here is the link to it. They have a wide range of assorted knives. I like Frost, it being an old American based knife distributor.

I would like to see a Spyderco made version of this knife.
