ZT 0460, brand new for $138! No brainer. The design on this one has intrigued me the past few years. The handle reminds me of what an XL Dragonfly would be.

Yeah it's fun for something different. Exploring other brands and designs is something I haven't really done at all since falling down the knife rabbit hole.

The Giantmouse is my first experience with Micarta and the Wasp will be an interesting slip joint with a steel I've never had before. I've heard that Manly knives generally have pretty good geometry too.

Very interesting! I've always found my ZT's to be razor sharp if they haven't cut a ton when I get them. I had a 0462 and a spent a few minutes on the brown SM rods and and was already mad sharp. Sliced phonebook paper effortlessly. I also liked the 462 better than the 0460 because I like large knives A LOT and there was no lettering on the clip, no ZT logo on the show side of the blade. Minimal writing on lock side. It is such a clean design. Sinkevich really outdid himself there. Ended up selling it to a buddy who absolutely adored it because although i really loved the 462, I wont carry knives that are low traction. The 0462 has no jimping and of course is smooth all over.

If I were to get any Benchmade right now, other than the bronze m4 Presidio I got recently, it would be the new M4 and aluminum handle Bailout. That thing looks really cool and I low-key want a tanto blade. Though, I would prefer one hollow ground on the main portion and flat on the secondary portion. But a neutral handle, m4 steel, etc-sized folding tanto is really appealing.

If you're reading in this subforum Spyderco, do it too.

Yeah I have to admit the look of tanto blades has grown on me too. Though considering the price of a new BM Bailout, if I really want M4 I may as well get a used Spydie Millie for 20 extra eurobucks. Unfortunately not many local shops carry BM here and I like to fondle with a knife before I purchase it.

I totally thought I posted that in the Benchmade thread. Count that one as an oop.
I shoulda bought the m4 millie and m4 native 5 when I could. I'm why I hesitated. Honestly, if you want M4, the Bradley 2 for $170 is a great deal. Used to be even cheaper.
