I tell you what- I wouldn't do any more unpaid overtime with that in my back pocket.

And probably not another Saturday morning either.

:D
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.

Don't listen to this guy. 10% is greedy. I will settle for a mere 0.0001%.

That's still about $150k :D

Yeah I know. :D

But I got plans and it will all be set up before I claim anything.

I will be gone and I would have the money to do it.

Then after awhile, like a year or 2 you know start to live somewhat of a normal life again, whatever that would be. :)

Personally I think it would be too much of a PITA to win it. ;)

Sorry Doc, looks like there were 3 winners (California, Florida and Tennessee). The odds of winning this one were 1 in 292 million and the Federal income tax bill will be 39,6% for the winners, The US Treasury must be very happy this morning, lol :)

Wouldn't have wanted to win it anyway, too much of a hassle, didn't get anything extra, just my normal ticket I get, one number with 6 drawings.

In my State they Publish, name, phone number, actual street address of the winner and make them go on TV etc.

So the winner would have to literally get everything set up to disappear including another place to live not in their name like out of State BEFORE they claimed the winnings.

So my basic plans are if I ever win the PB or something I would actually be moved into a place (rented) under another name etc before I claimed the winnings.

That way I could have the lawyers etc deal with the money after I claimed it and be gone ASAP.

Then once everything is all set up that I would do and after a period of time like a year or two I would move into the real house etc. The lawyers etc would deal with all of those things.

That way hopefully I could live somewhat of a normal life after all of it was done and set up as in the layers as DOC put it, and there would be a lot of them.

The good thing is that I am single so vanishing would be much easier.

It's so unfair, I didn't win! :(

I guess that's what you'll get when the odds are millions to one against. ;)

There were three winners, though, so the jackpot wasn't really worth getting excited over after all...

Yeah 930 Million spit 3 ways.... $310 Million each.

Minus 39% Federal Tax.... $189 Million each

Minus State Taxes..... Would vary....

So that $1.5 Billion really gets cut down before any of them see a penny of it.

If they take the 30 year payout....

$1.5 Billion split 3 ways .... $500 Million each

$16,666,666 per year each...

$10,666,666 per year each after Fed Tax ($39%)

Minus State and local Taxes..... Would vary.

So actually they would each get $319,999,999 after Fed tax over 30 years instead of $189 Million for the lump sum.

You could just about live on that, I guess. :D
