I have to admit that I'm impressed with this one! Now I need to try a Spyderco flipper. Looks like the Mantra's next on the list for me.
I don't like flippers, or frame locks, but I handled the Mantra in a store and it's fantastic. You should get one.
- best wishes, Jazz.

Heh...Yesterday my 'other' was a Munitorium standard pattern Chainsword. :D

Standard issue for the Imperial Guard officers and the Commissars in the armies of the Imperium Of Man in the 41st Millenium- the moving admantium blades are powered by a fusion engine in the hilt.Image
Image
For an Commissar this is paired with the Garm pattern Bolt Pistol ;)

Remember Guardsmen- the Emperor protects!....Cowardice and heresy will result in immediate summary execution regardless of rank!
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.

It depends upon where I am going to. If the place is very crowded then I prefer taking my Glock 17 and when I am with my friends going for stroll in the park then I take Spyderco knife.

Kizer Ki4436
I dont see how they do it. Dead nutz centered, even grind lines, super sharp, G10 is wonderful. Opens and closes nicely. Locks up with absolute authority with zero play in any direction. Blade is 3.75" of premium CPM-S35VN steel. A nice open back construction. She weighs 8.6 ounces I believe. All for $75
It was however on clearence at 65% off I believe. But my other Kizer- Glenn Klecker design was just as nice.
I like this one better though....and this one also came with a nice soft zipper case too.

The smoothest flipper Ive ever owned. The original 0452 in s35vn was good, but they really improved on the M390 version.

Yup, the 0452 flips really smooth. I can't compare it to the original, but I am glad I was fortunate enough to pick one up. I am really liking the fit and finish and was suprised by how much traction is provided by carbon fiber scale. For some reason, I was expecting it to be more slick/polished. It is a very tactfully pleasing knife.

Almost always, a SAK and a Cold Steel are the Salts' companions

SAK is always friendlier looking

Cold Steel is always meaner looking :D

Case mini Copperlock which is my favorite Case knife at present. Colt M4-K cryoedge Fred Carter design . I think this is the best tactical for the money if you can find one. Very similar to Micro tech socom only about $300 less. Also large German Eye lockback Sodbuster my favorite back pocket knife
