Took a break from 15V today.

Well, for part of the day anyway. Sebenza was along for a run for errands, and part of the day at home. 15V PM2 was in my pocket for a while while bumming around at home. The weather was not conducive to any outdoor activities so I caught up on house cleaning (ugh) and a few other odds and ends at home.
Because desolate places allow us to breathe. And most people don't even know they're out of breath.

Love these! One day, not today, but one day. Are you enjoying yours?

It’s honestly one of the nicest folders I’ve ever handled. Very solid and CRK like lockup, but the glass like smoothness is unlike anything else I have. Even blows my Curtiss Custom F3 away in every aspect. This one is on loan to carry and use before I decided if I wanted to make a Shiro purchase. Def going to be my next buy. Just gotta move a few others first.

Thanks Rick! Really digging it myself. Only 2nd day but I have to say it really is schmancy! Yet still 100% usable and great in hand.

Jeff, do you like this knife? Pros and cons? I'm considering it, and what concerns me the most is the possibility of the pivot hex-head turning in the CF scale and rounding it out.
Overall, I really love the design.

For me personally:

Pros:
- The blade shape (looks gorgeous too)
- Neutral handle
- Smooth deployment and lock up.
- Great detent

Cons:
- Blade Thickness. She is a beast.
- The Integral Lock is a little light to disengage, but it has yet to prove as an issue. The only lock I have to compare it to is my Inkosi and that just feels so solid.

I plan on swapping the Carbon Fiber scales for some Micarta from Sharped Dressed Knives.

I will not be able to tell you how the CF holds up in the situation you described.
I decided to pick one up.

By any chance have you replaced the clip on yours? If so, which did you pick? I see very few listed as compatible with the 0640, but a dozen or more look compatible. Is any typical Benchmade pattern clip (say, for the Bugout) compatible, or does it have to be specifically for the Benchmade/Emerson/ZT line? Thanks!

So I was looking to get this model for awhile. I was planning on getting a Lynch clip for it. Turns out my local shop had one show up pre-owned. Had the same Lynch clip I was looking at already installed. It is a polished finish, but I think the beadblasted would have looked more fitting.

Thanks Jeff, looking at this link tells me exactly what I needed to know: if it fits a typical Benchmade, it'll fit the ZT 0640. Thanks again.
