One of, if not my absolute favorite knife that gets posted here! I've looked & looked, they don't exist.....anywhere! Maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places?
Hinderers are like Chris Reeve Knives, they sell out almost instantly from dealers and VERY quickly on the secondary market.
I wanted one of these for a while and just kept looking (pretty much daily and told some friends to let me know as well) until I was able to snag one. I found this one on the secondary market, and got it within minutes of it being posted I believe…

I snagged that one from KnifeWorks, no more left. I honestly didn't expect to see it available when I was browsing one day last week and knew I couldn't let it sit for long. I believe they had a couple different kind of wood inlays available for the small 31 as well.

Very nice Sebbies, Rick! I think my first will be a Large 31 in Natural Micarta. Now if BRK would just stop bringing out new knives for awhile… :p
Now's your chance brother, act fast!!!

Ok Rick, we need to have a talk - that’s twice now you’ve talked me into spending hundreds of dollars I didn’t need to spend. To make things worse, this one doesn’t have a round hole (yet) so it’s going to be really hard to tell my fiancée that it’s not another new one.

I did have $20 in store credit with KSF - feels like a great deal to me, but I don’t think it’ll help convince her. :smiling-halo
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

It's a great knife though!! Plus, if doesn't work for you I imagine it would be VERY easy to get your money back. Finding any kind of large CRK available is rare at these times!

Yeaaaa, my wife notices the difference as well. Normally from the size of the box that arrives on the door step haha!

Small in pocket (Nying) and Large on belt (Fjellkniven). Great walking knives. Sharp, cool looking, traditional. Love me these Helle Knives:

Thanks! I've always loved the look of Box Elder and figured this was my chance for a Sebenza with them, especially a Large...I gotta take it.

This purchase and the KnifeWorks Military coming this coming week forced me to bow out of the Native Chief today...which was killing me watching it sit for hours! When that was first said to be dropping, I was 100% going after it. That's going to be a great knife! I'm glad everyone was able to get one though. Especially a few guys I know that have been dying to get their hands on some 4V.

I haven't had this kind of knife "luck" in a while, though I am grateful for both, absolutely no regrets...my knife budget should be shot for the year, or at least most of it! :/
