I’ll admit I’ve had second thoughts on selling my Skinny Slicer ever since I let it go. All I carry anymore is a Large 21, but man those skinny’s are some **** nice knives.
Thanx Josh. It takes a little getting used too when you've had regular XM-18 's. But, man they really are nice :D

Congratulations 👏 on your 1st Tanto!
Thanks ! I carried it at work today, and while it is going to take some getting used to, I can see the appeal of the blade shape.
The clip however only allows me to carry it cross-draw horizontally. I tried reverse scout but I'd be afraid to pierce my lower back :D

How are you finding those Piranhas Josh? My former co-worker had one and to be honest I wasn't really impressed - just felt kinda cheap and rattly. I thought the Kershaw Launch 7 he subsequently bought had much better fit and finish. Maybe his was a lemon though because you seem to like yours alright! :)

You know, I like them for what they are. Yes there are a lot better options out their for autos. But, I like the fact these are made in Idaho and they use the Chris Reeves Sebenza clip under license from CRK. If it sports such an awesome clip I can overlook a little side to side play. Both of mine are centered, and fire hard as heck.

Of all things, a Gerber Flat iron with the cleaver blade. It was given to me by my brother.

That blade look like a wicked slicer! Any idea what the edge angle and thickness is?

I’m gonna guess based on feel .010 at the heel and gradually increases to .020 at the tip. Not bad for a big blade.its still wearing the factory edge. I bought it basically NIB from a guy that never carried it for several hundred cheaper than retail. It’s gonna change once I sharpen it but it’s definitely gonna be a daily driver for a while and get beat on.

it really is an incredible build, tolerances and all. Single row bearing system, Elmax steel.
