I don't know guys, I'm finding it very hard to carry something other than my new Shiro, maybe the cruwear M2 I have coming will do it.

Umm...I can understand that. That's a nice knife! Not a fair comparison though - different class. But I must say, those Shiro's have tempted me to dip my toes in the "pricier" waters. That blade shape and grind speaks to me.

Just got a Hogue X5 and love it! Fit and finish is excellent, opens very smoothly and looks very cool.

BenchMade 810-1401 Contego in M390.
I forget what an awesome knife she really is.
I'd love to try a Hogue X5 some day though.

I most commonly carry two spydies but for the past month or so I've been carrying a Kershaw Cryo I picked up about a year ago at a gun&knife show for around 30 bucks. I think the quality is up there with a byrds I have and it feels really stout (apparently it's based on a Hinderer design) so while it's maybe a touch heavier than necessary I feel like I could really beat the **** out of it without breaking it (and if I did it wouldn't upset me too much).

Kershaw/ZT, a very solid company imo.
My ZT's are built like a tank and smooth as silk.
My ZT 0562CF in M390 is exceptional imo. Its the Hinderer slicer model. Of course, I really feel like my other ZT's are exceptional as well. 0452CF in M390 (Sinkevich design) and 0804CF in CTS-204P (Rexford design)
