May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

Cutting edge is 3.7 inches. Overall 6.9 inches.

Made by Andre Groblaar here in South Africa. There was no flat stock from Bohler so the piece is cut from a block of K490.

Every time I see a picture of a Zaan I wish I was carrying mine. Not sure how many knives I would say that about... I guess it just means I don't carry mine enough!

Not my best cutter, but unique enough to keep around. One of those knives I debate on selling a few times a month for some extra cash...but as soon as I carry it, it's back to a keeper!

That's it, I'm calling shenanigans here: I need pics of that Barkie.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I knew someone would call me out for not including a pic before I was able to finish at work and update my post (^_^) . I will go take one in just a sec and post it.
