Lol - yes! Breaking in my CRKs has majorly toughened up my thumb, too.

What’s crazy is how it becomes so easy and like second nature to open them after a little bit. Best action ever.

How do you feel about the ergos on that Inkosi?! Have to agree, once it's broken in (or taken apart and cleaned up and tweaked because I'm like an impatient child :p ) the action on these knives is pretty darn good!

Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

I shouldve been more patient with my Umnumzaan and, done what you did Rick.
But, to be totally honest I just don't use knives that much at all, unless I'm in the kitchen.
But you are very lucky that you use yours all the time at work. You really get to see what they can do.
For me, I'm just into having pretty paper weights at the moment :D

A big traditional today. Schatt & Morgan ATS34 Coke Bottle. Shown with Endura for size. It’s a bit of an effort to find a good pocket for it.

Starting with the Dragonfly and going clockwise: Hinderer Investigator, Case Trapper (crimson peach seed jigged bone), and Streamlight Stylus Pro. In the center are a Wounded Warrior Project Victorinox Classic SD, a paracord "minimalist wallet" (I will be making another sometime), and a Case bandana.
Regular carrier: zome green Delica 4
Occasional/situational carrier: Dragonfly 2 with Wharncliffe blade
Display only: Manbug with Wharncliffe blade, Dragonfly 2 with Wharncliffe blade, zome green Delica 4

Nice to see more traditionals paired with Spydercos. I enjoy the juxtaposition of old tech with new tech.

Same here. I also enjoy the variety to be found with traditionals.

Thanks! The Hinderer Investigator has been great so far. With its small size and deep grooves, it's not ideal for doing lots of writing. (I've heard of no. 47 O-rings being slipped over the grooves to make it more comfortable, and I may do that.) For signing your name and jotting down a quick note, it's great. The very top if the cap is less than 1/16" above the top of the pocket clip, and it's unnoticeable in the thigh pocket of my tactical pants. The aluminum ones aren't terribly expensive, either. I'd like to try out a Spyderco Bali-Yo, too...

I found a used, older, very clean, partially serrated, D2 bladed Mini Grip in a store today. Seeing as though I run a home for wayward black D2 bladed Benchmades I just had to bring it home. ;)
