Can't put this one down lately!

And now I see why! I already liked the Guardian 3 platform/ergos, but stick a super slicey wharnie blade on one and you've got a mini powerhouse!

How are you finding the Vanadis 4E compared to spyderco 4v?
Really is a great little knife, and to think I originally had no intentions of the Wharnie. Definitely made the right choice!

So far I haven't really noticed a difference between the 2 steels. They both keep that edge awhile and touch up quickly...2 of my favorite things in a steel!
15 :bug-red 's in 10 different steels
1 - Bradford Guardian 3 / Vanadis 4E Wharnie
1 - Monterey Bay Knives Slayback Flipper / ZDP 189
1 - CRK Small Sebenza 31/Macassar Ebony Inlays
1 - CRK Large Inkosi Insingo/ Black Micarta Inlays
1 - CRK Small Sebenza 31 Insingo/Magnacut

Is that a new CRK?! Nice! :D

I've been having a hard time keeping my CRKs out of my pocket the last month or so. Guilt is finally setting in over not carrying my other knives though.. changed it up and went with the Protech Malibu today..

Nope, that's my first one I got a few months back. My pocket princess haha! Seeing that KnifeWorks has a Large 31 with micarta available right now...telling myself I need to sell 2 Spydie's in order to buy it, but I don't really have two that I'm SUPER eager to sell at the moment!

Hah I'm in the same boat.. I keep telling myself I need to sell off a few before buying any new ones haha.. we'll see how it goes.. when it comes to knives, I'm pretty much a full-on TLC-channel-level hoarder.. :o

I've been doing pretty well the past few months, but now my knife stands are completely filled and my stand that they go on doesn't have any room for anymore...now the true test of what I value most finally comes to light! Sadly, I've found it easier to let some of my Spydie's go in recent months, than any of my "others"

Thanks! I had been steadily selling off a bunch of Spydies and others with the idea of getting an F95 or F3. I wasn't looking for a Quantum, but then one popped up on the secondary for what I thought was a pretty good price so I nabbed it. :D

Yeah, I've sold off a lot of Spydies, too, but mostly ones that I had duplicates of in different steels. I know what steels I like now, so I'm only keeping my favorites. And I've sold plenty of "others" too, I just had waaay more Spydies to begin with! I'm loving branching out, but Spyderco still has my heart. ;)
