I'm reading old pocket books from my high school collection. Plus, I'm researching some free ebooks that talks about boosting immune system. As you know we need extra protection from the virus. Stay safe!

I just finished The Good Shepherd by CS Forester. It was a page turner. It’s about a navy destroyer during WW2 fighting off submarines attacking the convoy. Intense.

Currently reading The Kid that climbed Everest by Bear Grylls. I'm trying to get back into reading at least 2 books a month. I used to really knock them out lol.

I'm at the last of 13 short stories in Joe Hill's Full Throttle, so I started Dr. Lustig's Fat Chance also.

Grandma Gatewood’s Walk, by Ben Montgomery.
One of the best books I’ve read in a long time. About a woman who hiked the entire Appalachian Trail by herself, for the first time at age 67, in 1955. She later hiked the entire trail two more times, the third time in sections. She was the first person to hike the entire trail more than once.

I am reading Wuthering Heigths with one of my students. I am finishing up Lady of the Lake by Sir Walter Scott. I just ordered a couple of more books and while waiting I am writing a book.

Re: What Are You Reading ?
Doc Dan:
Indeed. Well, actually, she lost the SAK on the trail fairly early in her hike, and had to buy another pocketknife (not described), along with other supplies, at a store along the trail.
What kind of book are you writing?

Re: What Are You Reading ?
I'm currently re-reading Frank Herbert's Dune saga. One of, if not the best science fiction book there is.
In the middle of God Emperor of Dune for now, it's been really great going through these again.
I think I'll do Ellroy's L.A. crime saga next, since I managed to complete my collection. Something about the way he writes is really visceral, almost cutthroat-y.
Also for SF and fantasy fans I cannot recommend enough Richard Morgan's Altered Carbon and its sequels, and A Land Fit For Heroes. I went through these like a hot knife through butter. Very entertaining, and quite different (for the fantasy works) from the run-of-the-mill books you can find.
