My wife and I are very mature...Couldn't decide on who was driving for lunch today, so a game of rock/paper/scissors decided that. I win!! :party-face

Got a bottle of Proper Twelve based on tasting it at the store and it is not my jam at all. Fortunately my mom liked it and I kept the bottle for when she visits. Wild Turkey 101 is still my pour of choice

May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

Very easy to sip, reasonably priced and a cool cat that started it… what’s not to like? No lime or salt necessary. if you see it, grab it.

This thread has gone silent, time for a bump with a surprising mixed pack I found yesterday.

Excellent choice Jeff, my favorite bourbon and quite scarce around here. Have you had their 120 proof?

I have not Max, but I bet it is good. I don't typically go that high, unless it is Four Roses Single Barrel.

Founders Chocolate Cherry KBS Stout by the burn barrel. I don't drink much anymore so an 11.6% abv is definitely noticeable.

I haven't either Jeff but I also bet it's real good and has been on my shortlist of bourbons to try for quite some time as it's nearly impossible to source outside of the US and will probably remain on that list for a long time. Another one I'd love to try is barrelproof Woodford Reserve.

You got it Dan, I hope one day we can share one of those together! It seems the Lord is frowning upon my beverage of choice on this glorious Sunday. In case anyone's looking for an excuse to have a drink, the 109th edition of Liège-Bastogne-Liège just got underway and promises to be another epic battle of wills. Have a blessed Sunday y'all!
