Here's the recipe we followed...it was very good, though next time I'd like to try a sausage recipe that uses beef and pork rather than just pork.

More food pictures.

Some Tuna Melts I made...Tuna, Mayonnaise, Celery, Onion, Dill Pickles, Aged Cheddar, a certain hot sauce I recently tried and absolutely loved, and open faced on Rye Bread. They turned out amazingly well, and I pride myself on my Tuna Melts...I think I may have outdone myself on this occasion.

And and Elk Steak (Wild Elk) paired with some refried leftover Macaroni (Try it if you haven't before you knock it, and add onions), and some "Red Lead" which is quartered Tomatoes and diced onions fried in a frying pan though I did add some minced garlic and hot sauce. Turned out very well.
