Looks awesome man. Are you a chef or just like to cook/bake etc? And what kind of ice cream is that?

Naah, I am just a lowly home cook who likes to cook & loves knives.

The ice cream is blue berry & vanilla.

You know, I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to apple pie. I have only had plain vanilla ice cream with it. Next time, I might try another flavor to mix things up. Maybe a strawberry/vanilla swirl. I bet that would be good with apple pie. Thanks for the pictures.

Man, that looks delicious. There's nothing like having a slice of warm apple pie and ice cream. :D

You know, there are some people who are trying to lose 10-15lbs for the spring/summer,if it ever gets here, and you are making it difficult! Still, keep the pictures coming! My brother loves to cook because he's retired and his wife still works! When you're good, you are good! :D

I'm used to more sugary filling. It looks very good, though. I love when the ice cream starts to melt.

One of the best things in life. Apple pie a la mode.

I keep forgetting that it is autumn in the Southern Hemisphere - in other words, APPLE SEASON!

Nice pie, Rookie!
