Ahh the Spyker. Very cool knife, very interesting. I like to see two super powers coming together to create something like that. It's one thing for a custom knife maker to collaborate with a big name manufacturer, but it's something else when two manufacturers come together to make something, especially when those companies are pretty close competition.

Yep, she's real. :) Not a bad selling price either.

Well, first they made the AFCK, then the Vex and many others. Oh wait, there is no Spyderco written on those knives, I guess they simply (and shamelessly) stole the round hole idea.

Yeah, I still have mine. I never carry it, but it's kinda cool.

Auction pictures have been taken down, so I can't say for sure, but if it looks like the one pictured below, then yes, it's real. The SpyKer was actually a three way collaboration of Ken Onion, Kershaw, and Spyderco. Can't prove it, and perhaps I'm just a paranoid conspiracy theorist, but strongly suspect it was their collective response to the Neil Blackwood "designed" Benchmade Skirmish which "borrowed" both the Spyderhole and the general "look and feel" of Ken Onion's designs for Kershaw. Had the one pictured below for a while, but I'm not a fan of recurves so I sold it to a friend. Bottom shot shows how it compares to the Stretch, original Manix, and Military.
