or a 'Spyderco" version.
Modified wharncliffe, thin blade, thin frame lock. This knife looks like a winner and would love a Spyderco version.

I like the knife also. I would be fine with a more sleek gents type folder with a textured aluminum handle. Similar to the original Herbst in design, but the framelock must be thin. The blade shape reminds me of the insingo and that is perfectly okay with me!

It looks bigger than the AIR and more robust, plus I like the blade design more.

For unkown reason I can't access the link, but based on the brief descriptions (modified wharncliffe "Insingo" style thin blade, thin frame lock) can I assume it's the A.G. Russell Skorpion?

I like the look. It reminds me of the original Herbst, but with a frame lock. The Spyderco version should be made in titanium with a nice blade steel, of course!

It is a really nice design, but at 75 bucks, 8Cr13 seems below grade as a knife steel. I have one of ag's old one hand knives and the handle is very similar. I am not a fan of metal handles.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

i like metal handles for a non hard use knife, more of a show piece/ mail opener.

In my opinion, there are enough companies trying to corner that market.

I like that knife...but it won't work as a spyderco knife. Making the hole round would totally ruin the blade shape. And then they would add a horrible clip to it....
so no, I don't think so.
