Knife for my preist

#1

Post by PaloArt »

Hi guys,

I have maybe weird question.

I would like to give knife to my preist who is preparing me for upcoming christening (big and very important decision in my life) as thanks for his care and help in my life. He is very nice guy and very highly ranked just under the cardinal in my country. I have limited budget (around 50 bucks - student budget) but would like to give him nice gentleman pocket knife for general purpose - fruit and other food processing etc.

Some recomendations please? I thought about some victorinox and ask someone from who I know to make some wooden or horn scales. But would be happy for another tips.

Thank you for help in advance

Lets see, what would be the Holy Grail for a priest.
That's a tough one, maybe a Goddard.

I would think Manbug. A UKPK or Squeak would also be nice.

A Delica would be very useful, but I don't know if it fits.

I don't have one but a Pingo might be fun.

Otherwise pretty close to your budget is a Cricket, Balance, Ladybug SS, etc.

I'd probably splurge on a Delica. If you keep it with black FRN it should match his casual attire.

Cento3 or Dragonfly Tatoo or any other knife from Tatoo group will make a good gift for NKP

thanks guys for all tips. I wanted something more legal without lock, he is traveling to germany and to other europe countries sometimes. Slip joint spydies are good option I think and Pingo looks definitely like really great knife. Thanks alot for kind words :) and help

I imagine priests would carry more traditional pocket knives such as a buck or case stockman than a one hand opening knive.

Good luck.

The kiwi with stag antler scales is non-locking, sharp and nice looking/feeling.
