I know I get get a lot of critics for what I am about to say but I don't like the Southard. Don't get me wrong I'm carrying a Caly 3.5 right now and love most Spydercos but the Southard looks just like a cheap Kershaw that I had a year or so ago excelpt with a flipper added. In my opinion this is a poor blade design in no way what you would want for efficient cutting ability
