Watching this live performance, it's almost hard to believe that Pete Ham (the lead singer) has been dead nearly 50 years. And his bandmate Tom Evans has been gone nearly 40 years. Then again, MANY rock and popular music stars have short lives, for a variety of reasons.

Off the top of my head, this is the most impressive dance number, of any era, that I've ever seen. I saw it once on TV many, many years ago and it impressed me then, but I hadn't known anything about it, until it popped up for me today while browsing.

I love this video. Compilation of the band growing up throughout the years, and also that time of life for me in the late 90's-early 2000's just before it was time to get my act together and start being an adult. I'll always cherish this band. I know more of their songs than any other band out there, besides maybe Pantera. This video brings it all back.

I don't think I'd heard this song since early 1976/7th grade. Maybe I had; I could have even posted the song here at some point, I'm not sure. It wasn't a song I particularly liked or disliked; it just played on the radio a lot during that time. It's weird hearing something you hadn't heard in such a long time, because it brings up other nearly-forgotten memories from that time period.
