RIP, David Crosby

These past few months have been rough, as far as losing so many of the music greats. It feels like one after another lately.

My sister texted me about Crosby and really shocked me , just heard a few days ago he was preparing to go on tour . This album has a lot of personal memories for me and Laughing tonight has been flowing through me head in a good way . Dan

10 years today with this beautiful woman! We've had a great day together (clearly haha!) besides football not going in our favor.

Image

I'll never forget meeting her at a mutual friends apartment to hang out one night after a positive brief meeting a few weeks prior. She was at our friends place playing this song on the computer when I got there before most of the others showed up. I mentioned that I know their music, and she seemed surprised I knew them. I remember feeling pretty comfortable, pretty quickly that night. We hit it off, right where we left off a few weeks before. I wasn't going to let her get away! Here we are 10 years later!

I'm cataloging and rating post-Beatles solo careers. I'm on McCartney as we speak.

My first trip to San Francisco was with my family at age 4 (in 1967, during the "Summer of Love"). I do vaguely remember seeing hippies in Golden Gate Park. At the time, my biggest highlight from the trip was my parents buying me a cool toy cable car...

The only Floyd album I like. If Syd could have kept it together, I'd probably own their entire catalog.
