Re: What are you listening to?
I'm currently at the firearms safety training class waiting for my turn to shoot at the moving targets, and listening to 'Duele el corazón. I didn't understand one word of it but its rhythm makes me feel very energetic. Can somebody tell me how to get the English version of it?

All my old bookmarked versions have been deleted at youtube. Vaguely annoying. Did find this one.SpyderNut wrote: All of my yes! Let it bleed is superb. "Gimme Shelter" is my all time favorites!

My first concert was at Alpine Valley WI on July 4, 1982. Maiden opened for the Scorpions. Epic concert for a young headbanger! :Dremnar wrote:Definitely! :DSharp Guy wrote:Haha! That was fun but I think I prefer to hear Bruce Dickinson on lead vocalsremnar wrote:Enjoying some bluegrass. :D

They're probably best known for this song which is off an older album.

Juxtaposition! My music leanings are far closer to you, David, than Remnar's, sorry to say. To each his own.
I worked a friend's taco booth at MD Deathfest this year, which is apparently the biggest "extreme music festival" in the country. Death/thrash/black metal is certainly awesome to a point, but all the music was quite similar. Maybe there are aspects I'm missing, but the growl singing really limits the vocal range.
