That's an incredible picture of Wizard Island from a direction I've never seen before. That's the deepest lake in North America, or awful close to it ( maybe Great Bear or Slave is deeper? )

That had to have been one huge explosion when it went.

Ron, give us more, please. Thanks! :) (any chance for embedded exif data?)

Thanks for the comments guys. I am glad that you liked the photos.

Peter, I will add a few more when I get them finished. I am not sure why the exif data is not there. I think that maybe SmugMug is stripping it, but I will try and find out. I have been playing with HDR lately (http://www.hdrsoft.com/) and the 2nd and last picture have been created using that. It is very cool!!

Thanks again, Ron

This photo is a bit on the dark side, but not a bad panoramic of Crater Lake. This was my first attempt at something like this.

Wonderful panorama of the area; how many images and hours of work are in this picture?

Thanks Peter. Not a lot of time really, only about an hr and part of that is due to my old PC!! There are 4 images used in the photo and combined with Adobe CS3. Someone on another forum suggested taking more photos in the portrait mode(vs landscape) which would give more height to the picture. I had not even thought of that but wish that I would have. Oh well, something else to try out. I still have so much to learn with photography, but I am loving it!!
