enyong, that's a cool pet! I have two Beagles, they are good dogs, but can sometimes try my patience. One likes to bark and howl all the time, the other is convinced that the trashcan wants to play with her.

See how attentive they can be when Mrsappraisit has peanut butter dog cookies:

This is Bojangles, our new kitten. He's twice the size now but he's still only a few months old!

Here is Midnight. He's 10 now and an extremely great guy. He tries to keep Bo in line!

I've heard hedgehogs are incredible pets... but for some reason they are considered "exotic" and you have to have some expensive license to sell them, so no one down here sells them.

I've always wondered how do you play with them since they got poky things all around?

I don't have any, when my life settles down I'll get something, like cats and dogs, nothing exotic.

They aren't as pokey as you would imagine. You just wouldn't want to bite it if it was curled up in a ball. It's kind of a passive defense mechanism. The quills dont rock you like a porcupines.

I like Boxers and I love the movie and its star! :D

No pets at the moment due to being in a leased house BUT that is about to change as I buy my own place again.

Its most likely to be a dog for me, Chocolate Labrador or Malinois (Belgian Shephard) My last dog was a Lab, total water dog, loved the surf and dived in the river for stones from underwater, Coolest thing ever! ;)

Regards,

BRIAN

Enyong, that is a great looking retic! I love all the deep orange on that guy. Do you know the locality info on that one? Many years ago I kept retics and found them to be extremely aware snakes. I don't like to use the term "intelligent" for snakes, but there was something more going on with those beasts compared to most other snakes I have kept (lots of boas, pythons and colubrids). Currently, I keep boa constrictors, amazon tree boas, tiger rat snakes, ball pythons and colombian rainbow boas. We also have an American bulldog, pit bull, blue crowned conure, green cheeked conure and a budgie. Here's a rather old pic of the dogs doing what they do best. :D

Your dogs are beautiful, man. God, I wish I could have a dog here where I dwell.

Thanks! They are really great dogs and we got them through pit bull rescue too. I will briefly jump up on my soap box here to plead with all who are looking to get a dog to PLEASE consider adopting one through your local shelter or breed rescue organization. There are waaay too many good dogs (and cats too!) who are in need of a loving forever home.

Now to get back on topic, here's another older pic of the big guy playing dress up... :D

This is Treadwell "McFedwell". He thinks he is better than you.
I open the windows every day and let him bask for a few hours. He is about 13 inches long, and growing. Beardies are awesome pets.
