Okay, I’ve got a new, never worn Samuel Adams t-shirt to give away. It is size XL,, kind of a light OD green color, the make is Gildan Ultra Cotton. Here are some pics of the front and back (click image to see it full-size).

Thanks to everyone who participated and congrats to the winner - tap. :)

  • You must post in this thread and list your favorite beer(s). If you don’t have a favorite beer or don’t like beer, that’s okay, just list your favorite beverage of any kind.
  • The number of your post will be your entry number.
  • This thread will be open for one week, until 8:00 PM EST on 6/24/08.
  • Once the week is up I’ll take the range of post numbers (2 through whatever) and pick one number out of that set via http://www.random.org

>> I will ship the shirt to any place in the world.

Thanks.

Sounds cool. My favorites are Spaten Optimator, Paulander Salvator, and Smithwick's Ale.

Heck, I'll jump in, I love beer :D

My favorites I've had so far are Empyrean's Dark Side (Vanilla Porter) and Fallen Angel (Sweet Stout) and Pabst's Blue Ribbon (yes seriously :D )

I'll agree with cobrajoe, Empyrean's Vanilla Porter is one of my favorite beers. Sam Adams' Cream Stout is another beer that has never let me down. And just about any India Pale Ale tastes good to me.

I discovered Boris Bold 8.6 a while ago....

Great Alsatian beer

But the very best in the world.... Believe me, I've drank the equivalent of the Mississippi in beer (And I am still below 165 pounds and in shape) and the best tasting ones are "La Chouffe" from Belgium and "La fin du monde" from my home grown Cie Unibroue Quebec.

They are more than beers.... They are God's beverages...

Take care

Favorite beer eh? does "cold" count for an answer? :p

I've got a case of Stella, Great Western Pilsner, Big Rock Traditional, AND a case of Keith's Red on my floor right now... and 1/2 a fridge of beer... never mind the 6-7 Guinness and a couple Harp left in my pantry...

I prefer dark beer, but the closest to local I can get is the Big Rock out of Alberta. Only a couple places here have Guinness on tap year round, and they see a good deal of my week day business.

If it comes down to one beer, toss me under the Guinness column, but I'll take any stout.

Hmmm...another lover of dark beer or stout.

Guiness may be good for me, but my favorite is McEwan's Strong, followed by any micro-brewery Honey Brown.

Excellent, a giveaway! And with a theme dear to my heart. :D

For some reason, all this talk about beer keeps reminding me of the Simpson's episode when Homer and Barney take a tour of the Duff brewery.... :p

I love Guinness, and occasionally a Guinness and cider. I'm also partial to Leffe, Newcastle Brown Ale, Kamloops Brewing's Black Bear Ale, and a nice cold Brick Red Baron on a hot day.

Why don't wine houses give away T-shirts? I'm not a beer drinker but about once ayear I do like a cold Heineken fresh from the tap. At all remaining days I drink dry white wine from all over the world.
Cheers,
Jurphaas :)
