I always hated cutting weight. It was always hard for me with Thanksgiving Christmas and my B-day all in the season. I missed out on all 3 huge celebratory meals. Well we will be thinking of you. Sharpen a few knives, that always makes me feel better.
There ain't no rules around here. We're trying to accomplish something.

That's seriously minor-league stuff for a "really bad week" post. No death, no serious injuries, no job loss...

Relax and think how good it is, and get better.

Hey Kyle, Keep your Chin Up Bro. Work on getting better then worry about cutting weight. You try cutting weight while being sick .......You'll just prolong the illness and it Will SERIOUSLY ZAP YOUR ENERGY  . I know this first hand, having to train for a race while sick. It didn't GO WELL AT ALL  :( . Prayers and Good Thoughts Heading Your Way From
This End ...Hope You Feel Better Bro ;) . Send me a PM on the specifics of how you want to drop the weight, and I'll give you a few tips if you'd like??? Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

God Bless :)

hope you feel better soon...being sick with the flu can make your perspective go towards the negative...but once you start to feel better, things tend to get better! :)

Are you guys doing the BMI testing to tell you how much weight you can lose? My coach was trying to get me to cut down from ~135-138 to 130, and I'm 3.4% body fat, but now with the BMI testing I wrestled 135.

Hey Matt,

here is a Dickens quote I like that sums it up pretty good.

[CENTER]Reflect upon your blessings, of which every man has many - not on
your misfortunes, of which all men have some.

Charles Dickens
(1812-1870)

I try to live each day beliving I have no problems that day only blessings and my outlook gets much better :)
