Okay, I think that we need to divide up "jobs", if you will; just like a real city.

We need to get people dedicated to a specific task, so that when something goes wrong, we can fix it a quick and orderly fashion.

My idea is that people "sign up" for specific duties, so that when something goes wrong, people know what to do.

For instance, I am signing up for Transportation duty. So, until Transportaion comes back up to 100%, I will be clicking on Transportation to try and bring it back up to normal.

So that way, everybody knows that there is someone dedicated to fixing the Transportation problem, and they don't have to worry so much about whether or not it's being paid attention to.

Now, this will work the best if we can get a number of people dedicated to the different "positions", so that those specific people can focus on the needed tasks, and we don't get wasted clicks.

The rest of the people whose "areas" are in good shape can click on Population until their attention is needed in their specific field.

I'll keep a tally of who has what "job", so that there's no confusion.

(If everybody hates this idea, I'll scrap it. It's just that, an idea :o )

Is there any way that I can see what the stats are before I click or do I have to go on the last forum post? Cause I've had some posts saying we need transportation but then I click and we need security and transportation is at 100%.

As far as I know, there is no way to see the stats before clicking (aside from reading them in this thread); which is part of the reason why I want to set up this job system. Hopefully we can get the most efficient use of clicks, and avoid waste.
