It's the Canadian flag. A lot of us canucks have the flag tattooed in one way or another. I wanted something a little different, didn't want to be that guy with the same tat those other 6 guys have. I work with bricks & stone for a living(hence the screen name) and wanted something that involved that as well. They had these cool gargoyles in the same style as my tat and I asked if she could apply the same "stone look" to the flag. She said it was no problem and the tattoo was born.

my girlfriend gave me the okay to post her tats as well. The moon and cross are about 8yrs old now. The tribal type ones were drawn by one of her friends, and are a little more recent. The koi (my personal fav.) was done at a shop here in Ottawa last winter.

My Dear Friends,

This thread seems to have died off a little. Let's see if we can breathe a bit of life back into it.

Pictured is the new Koi tattoo to cover up a Celtic Knot on my chest - it is currently unfinished, needing final shading and possibly coloration (I haven't decided yet). Second pic shows the three tattoos I currently have together for perspective.

Come, my friends - if you have ink, you need to show it off!

Soon to have a Celtic harp on my right forearm, Imperial Eagle (before that crazy jack*** screwed everything up) on my left forearm, and my coat of arms probably on my left calf

I don't have a tatoo but, if I did, it would surround my navel and show a chicken walking south.

Seriously, I am so covered by scars, I'm reluctant to add anything further to my beat myself up.
