But #33 Ishtar w/ Floating Backspacer
Both models were low numbers 26 & 33
The Ishtar looks really cool

Sweet! Would love one with a floating backspacer
Yeah! That one looks awesome.
Yes sir. And a very unique one at that. The tension for the lockbar is from 2 cutouts in the liners vs a traditional single leaf spring. This allows for a somewhat flow through construction. Is a very cool design and knife that I received as a gift from MG2.
The sharpening is indeed top notch. EnjoyMacLaren wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 5:18 amThanks Paul.
First impression is just wow.
It's an extremely nice knife. And, the sharpest I've ever seen outta the box. He did such an excellent job sharpening this blade. He put some time into it for sure.
*Also, very nice to have Bohler M398 - my favorite pocket knife steel is the M390,204p,20cv family - but, this Bohler M398 should be really nice - quite a jump in Vanadium (7.2!) And, just such a great Stainless Steel to begin with

Of all the knives to kick Spyderco out of my pocket, it's a folder I picked up for under $50. Keep coming back to this one. The ergonomics work so nice for me.
I know most probably compare the Voyager to the Endura, but I've been comparing mine to my Millie. I like how they both angle the blade down more than typical folders, it's one of the reason they're each so comfortable to use. Similar blade geometry and weight too. Both have an index choil for choking up, and a roomy full sized handle behind it.
