I haven't been, but our group of neighborhood friends have been talking about taking a bus trip to a Yankee game at some point later in the season. I'd be fine seeing either team at this point! Great players on both squads.

One of the most fun days of my life came on a bus trip. Years ago, back when the Bills weren't a good team and they hosted their first Monday Night game in like 15 years...against the Cowboys. Most of my friends were Cowboys or Bills fans, so we knew we had to take this opportunity. Took the bus trip to Buffalo, they had grills and tons of food packed for tailgating. Once we got on the highway to head there, someone took out some kind of folding train track looking thing...they laid it down in the aisleway of the bus, put a cooler full of beer on wheels on it, and pushed it up and down the aisle the entire way there. Anybody that needed a beer just raised their hand and someone would send the cooler your way haha! One of my friends was so hammered he full on laid out to catch an errant pass while tailgating...laid out in an asphalt parking lot! He was all beat up after that.

It was one heck of a game, I actually found an old clip of the highlights. Tony Romo threw 5 INTERCEPTIONS that game, then the Cowboys kicker made back to back 53 yard field goals (first one didn't count due to a time out) and won the game. Typical Bills of that time!! I couldn't believe I watched a QB throw 5 interceptions and still win the game hahaha!

Brewers at Cardinals for the weekend. They're 6-6 against each other this year. Should be a great series. Game 1 in 15 minutes.

Feel bad for Padres fans, with all they just gave up to get Soto and company now this! Wasn't going to catch LA anyway, but playoffs anything can happen.

Devastating to my fantasy team :spiral-eyes

The playoffs this year will be epic, I do believe!
Larry, I think the N.L. Pennant will come down to the Mets & your Dodgers man.
I really believe New York ( Mets) have something really special this year. I feel that IF they beat Freddie Freeman & the Dodgers they will win it all. I know the Yanks are awesome this year and I feel they will win the A.L. but, there's just something about the Mets having Scherzer & DeGromm - those two are a lethal duo.

Most people in my area in Central NY, which is around a 4 hour, give or take drive to NYC pretty much happen to be Yankees fans. I know a lot of Mets fans as well, but Yankees really reign supreme even out this way.

That said, I'm very happy for the Mets and the way their season is going. Funny thing is, a lot of Mets fans are also Buffalo Bills fans for football...good for those people to finally start seeing some success from those organizations. The Mets are a very good team this year, I watch them often...but that Dodgers team. That's something else.

I hear ya Rick. Especially since they have Freddie Freeman, the Dodgers are gonna be super hard to defeat.

I'm with you Paul, DeGrom is probably the best on the planet and Scherz is right behind him. Both are rolling right now and LA has won 30 out of the last 35! Steamrollin' teams, but there is still 8 weeks to go. We have an embarrassment of riches for sure.

Dog days of summer is coming though and about the time for teams to go on big runs and get hot. 7 upcoming games with the Brew-crew in the next few weeks then 3 with the Mets in NY. Should be fun!
